Easy Carrot Curler

Thin slices of carrots look great when they curl. With ordinary vegetable / fruit peelers, they produce thin slices that slightly curl, but do not curl much. If the curling were made later by hand, it is too troublesome and they may break apart when the curling is made. A barrel or roller may be required to increase the success of this process. No such trouble with this easy carrot curler. The large hollow circle sits above the slicer, so that the thin slices would slide up against the inside of the circle to create a beautiful curl that does not break. If the carrot is long, the curl can create multiple layers of spiral that makes it look very special!
