16-inch Hand-Carry Folding Chess Set

This 16-inch folding chess case is only a little longer than a book and almost as compact when closed. This chess set is more economic by using regular wood. It comes in two versions: AA1605-01 uses darker-colored wood for the playing surface, and AA1602-01 uses mostly light-colored wood except for the black squares and has no handle. The inside of the set is covered with velvet lining to protect the chess pieces. It may or may not come with straps to hold the chess pieces. Please confirm with us. The handle is a large elliptical hole drilled out from solid wooden frame. There are no moving parts, so it is a very reliable and sturdy design, without taking extra space.
