International Trade Info.

    As an export company, we have our basic terms with our international trade. Everything is negotiable, but here is our “default” terms with new customers:

    Production Lead Time

    For wooden game products, the production lead time is usually 60~90 days, depending on how full the production line is. For As Seen on TV products, the production time is usually 50 days. Should there be any changes or delay in production, we always promptly inform our customers as soon as we can.

    Shipping Terms

    We usually do F.O.B., either from Taiwan or China, depending on the products ordered. We can also comply to other Incoterms upon request.

    We do not have a fixed forwarder, so we let our customers choose their preferred forwarder. However, we can arrange a forwarder for you if requested.

    Surcharge

    If the order does not meet the required amount, there will be surcharge for the cost of inland shipping and customs. The basic requirement will depend on the country of manufacture.

    Payment Terms

    Our payment terms are T/T 30% of the amount prior to production, and 70% when the goods are shipped. Once the full amount is received, we will release the shipping documents for import on the part of our customers. Other terms are negotiable.

    Samples

    Depending on stock, we can provide samples for most of our products. However, we may require sample and shipping fee for the samples. Once the items are ordered, we return the sample fee to our customer.

    Complaints

    We always take customer complaints seriously, whether big or little, and try and satisfy our customers the best we can. Small things can be issues such as inappropriate application by end users. We add instruction label or sheet to our products dealing with the issues end users may face.

    Defects that may impair sales value may also be negotiated. Firstly we will evaluate the severity of the issue, and see what can be done both on the customer’s side (we will provide all the assistance we can) and our side. How the products can be fixed, or damages be repaid is all negotiable, and we always come to fair terms with our customers so all sides can be satisfied.
